Tali Fahima – the trail begins – the Israeli Government against Peace

Sunday, 17.7.05, 8:00 AM, at the entrance of the Tel Aviv regional court (Weizman Str.), we will protest against the political persecution of Tali Fahima wearing special masks.
In Europe different organizations are protesting.

17, 18, 19 July from 8:30 AM the trail will take place in the big hall (Judge Goren).
The Israeli government, with the support of the Israeli legal system continues to violate the International law and to sabotage any chance for Peace negotiations:
The targeted assassinations have been renewed, enhancing the circle of blood and undermining the Palestinian government.
The Wall is further disconnecting East Jerusalem from the West Bank, creating many isolated enclaves and leaving thousands without land and homes.
The "Disengagement plan" will more than ever leave Gaza isolated and suffocated socially and economically.
Hundreds of political prisoners, administrative detainees and conscious objectors are in jail in Israel.
The harassment continues of Peace activists from around the world and from Israel. Tali Fahima who is one of them is in jail for 341 days waiting trail.
We call upon the court to act according to International law and to stop backing-up the government and security forces in their war crimes and colonialist occupation.
